With a notable career spanning 37 years, Sylvia has been a dedicated advocate for marginalized youth, with a particular focus on males of color in the educational field. After retiring from public education, she founded the Center for Transformation Teaching and Learning, LLC. This organization provides specialized coaching and leadership development services to both public and private organizations, reflecting Sylvia's commitment to fostering positive transformation and growth in the educational setting.

Deeply rooted in her beliefs, Rashada is an ardent advocate for prioritizing the needs of people and firmly believes in the inherent potential of every child to achieve greatness. Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to assisting vulnerable populations of children and educators overcome obstacles and achieve success.
In pursuit of her goals, Rashada earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education from Florida A&M University, a master’s degree in charter school education and educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and an educational specialist degree in administrator leadership for teaching and learning from Walden University.
Rashada is a renowned scholar, consultant, and educational leader and has used her significant education, leadership, and management experience to help transform school communities. Prior to founding The LIFEE Foundation, Rashada served as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Chancelight Education. In this role she strategically directed 17 alternative and nontraditional education programs in Georgia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.
Rashada has also served as the Vice President/President-Elect of the Georgia Association of Alternative Education (GAAE) board, the chair of the GAAE professional development committee, a member of the Georgia Department of Education Alternative Education Advisory Committee, the Alternative/Non-Traditional Education Summit Planning Committee, and a member of the STEAMulation Charter Academy Design Team. Rashada is well-known for her expertise and experience, and she has received several accolades for her diligence, professionalism, and ability to command exceptional outcomes in her field.

Marcelle is also an alumna of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Trainee program at Vanderbilt University and has completed a program in Education Leadership at Lamar University.
Throughout her career, Marcelle has worked with students facing diverse challenges such as behavioral issues, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, twice exceptionalities, as well as deaf and hard of hearing students. Her expertise spans from early childhood to post-secondary school populations.
